• Shipping Costs: Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on DPD’s pricing. We offer free shipping for orders over 99 EUR within the EU.

• Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow your package’s journey.

• Pickup Option: You can also pick up your order directly from our location in Lizums, Gulbenes County, on weekdays from 9 AM to 5 PM.

• Delivery Time: Standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
